Bellair is a community by Wormald Homes, located in Charles Town, WV. This campaign repositioned the community as a more attainable option for upscale country living compared to Loudoun and Frederick counties. "There's More to Live Out Here" showed home shoppers that they could have the same incredible lifestyle and a modern, luxurious home by living in the WV countryside.
