Winfield Communities is a new brand and homebuilder on the scene in south Texas. They develop large master-planned communities that are essentially small towns, with amenities like retail, dining, town centers and schools incorporated into the communities. The “Where Texas Lives” tagline is bold, but it has subtle nuances that allude to both the homes and lifestyle created within Winfield communities.
