Estland Office Design

While working for Estland, one of my major accomplishments was designing a new office space for the team. An anchor space at the Harrisonburg Innovation Hub was selected as the home for Estland's new office. I started from scratch, with a raw, gutted space that needed to be space-planned and finished out. Because this space was a custom build out, I was able to add in design touches like the collaborative workspace area with a recessed tv and overhead lighting feature. The office was divided into four main zones: a central workspace area with 6 standing desks, collaboration areas with cozy soft seating and a small meeting table, a large conference room, and a kitchenette. Everything was purposefully designed to allow the team to work effectively together and with clients. Furniture was selected from Branch, Steelcase, West Elm and Joybird to be comfortable and functional while stylish and reflective of Estland's brand. The final touches came through paint, signage and custom graphics. The end result is a space that the Estland team loves working in and sharing with their clients.

Work was created as an employee of Estland.
