UTour

In 2019, NDG Communications launched a software as a service (SAS) business that allowed homebuilders to offer model home tours after hours and without a salesperson being present. The team created the online platform, the brand and all of the marketing materials needed to launch and support this new proptech venture. UTour proved to be a game-changer in the industry, allowing home shoppers to tour homes safely during the Covid-19 pandemic. This new way of touring homes has stuck around ever since. UTour was acquired by Zonda in 2023.
